2020 - VIP MINI/LIMITED EDITION SESSION VOUCHER (Black Friday sales promo)
VIP Mini Vouchers are back! What does this mean? Well, if you LOVE mini sessions I am giving clients the opportunity to snag a mini session spot of their choice BEFORE they are even released to the public. Most of the time my mini sessions sell out super fast, leaving many unhappy clients. With this Voucher, you can secure your spot months in advance before anyone else. Examples of mini/limited edition sessions that are typically offered each year are Bluebonnets, Glitter/Sparkle sessions, Carnival, Mermaid, Santa, Tree Farm, and usually another studio holiday setup. Keep in mind though that no mini session is guaranteed to take place...especially with the on-going COVID pandemic some of these sessions may not happen. It will all depend on how the COVID situation is at that time (but fingers crossed we can make most of these happen for next year).
The VIP spots will sell for $150+tax and goes towards the final session price. Please keep in mind this $150 is NOT the full price you will pay for the mini/limited edition session (it only covers the initial deposit and goes towards final payment). All Mini session details including price and dates are not scheduled yet so please keep this in mind. Pricing for mini sessions and limited edition sessions varies depending on the type of styled session/theme offered (minis/limited edition sessions typically begin at $425 and can go up depending on the theme) . As I plan out the mini sessions throughout the year, I will announce when to expect them to release on my Facebook Business page, so if you are a VIP Mini client and you see a mini session coming up that you want to book, you would simply contact me and let me know you want to use your VIP voucher to secure a spot for that mini. It is the clients responsibility to contact me to claim your session. When booking this VIP spot, all sales are final (these are non-refundable and non-transferable). Once you use your VIP voucher you will not be able to transfer it to another mini session in the event you have to cancel and can not make it to the session. Transfers will only be allowed if the mini session is cancelled altogether by the photographer.
ONE Voucher per person only!! VIP voucher is only good for mini sessions held in 2021. If you do not see a mini session you wish to book for that year, you will not be able to transfer it to the following year (so if you do not use your voucher for the year, you will lose that deposit). Again, please keep in mind that no theme is promised for the year so please be flexible when considering purchasing a voucher (if your choice for mini session is not offered, then you will need to use the voucher towards a different mini session that will be available for that year).
All sales are final and non-refundable. Upon booking you will receive an email from Sara (within 48 hours) with more session details and the portrait contract (which must be signed to receive the discount). Please check your spam/junk folders in case the email ends up there.
