Age limit: ages 6 months and older ONLY

Terms:
These are for CHILDREN within your IMMEDIATE FAMILY only (this means only siblings allowed in your session). These are Child poses only. Age limit: these sessions are for ages 6 months and older. Child MUST be sitting up on their own unassisted (no exceptions). To help with reducing spreading of germs, we will NOT be doing poses sitting in Santa's lap. Poses will be either standing beside Santa or sitting beside Santa on a bench, OR we will have children sitting in a chair with Santa behind. Most poses will be interacting with Santa (as pictured here in the listing). We will do normal poses without Santa first, then bring Santa out for poses with him.

Each session will last 15 min. I have done many mini sessions over the years so I have plenty of experience with these and am confident that 15 min is more than enough time to capture what I need during your session as long as the kiddos cooperate. If you are hesitant about your child cooperating I recommend booking two time slots back to back OR not booking at all. **Keep in mind, your child may be scared and start to cry when they see Santa (this happens ALL THE TIME, especially with little ones). Most clients are totally fine when this happens and just want to capture this "moment in time" of their children with Santa. However, if you are not ok with "crying" poses, I recommend not booking. Clothing will NOT be available and rented out to clients for these mini sessions due to COVID.

COVID-19 safety measures will be practiced as much as possible including sanitizing hands upon entering the studio and prior to interacting with Santa, disinfecting any items/props that may be used during each session, and mask wearing by photographer and any adult entering the studio. ***Santa will NOT be wearing a mask during the photo session though. *****If you have any reservations regarding attending the session due to COVID reasons, then please DO NOT book a spot.

**COVID POLICY AND TERMS**-
Every client will receive my contract to sign which will include all Covid-19 policies. ***Masks will be required for anyone coming into the studio (with the exception of kids being photographed). I will also be wearing a mask the entire time during all studio sessions. Each person/child will be required to sanitize their hands upon entering the studio. By booking your spot, you agree to and understand that even though safety precautions such as cleaning, sanitizing and mask wearing will be practiced, this does not completely remove or prevent the risk of exposure of COVID-19 since it has been stated the virus can be transmitted by asymptomatic carriers and before symptoms can even occur. If you have any reservations regarding attending the session due to COVID reasons, then please DO NOT book a spot. The booking fee ($100+tax) is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-transferable. If I have to cancel these sessions due to COVID- related reasons you can use your booking deposit towards a Studio Christmas session in the future (this will ONLY be allowed if the photographer is forced to cancel all sessions due to covid...it will NOT be allowed if client decides to cancel on their own). ONLY ONE adult and only the children being photographed will be allowed into the studio during each session.

TOTAL PRICE for these is $475+tax. $100+tax is due upon booking and the rest ($375+tax will be due once your images are edited)

Once booked, you will receive an email within 48 hours with my contract which must be signed to complete the booking process (you will lose your spot if contract is not signed within 72 hours of booking). Following a signed contract I will send you more details regarding your session. Booking fee is NON-REFUNDABLE and NON-TRANSFERABLE (a refund for the booking fee will only apply if the session is cancelled altogether by the photographer) You will not be able to sell your spot if you have to cancel (booking fee will be lost if you decide to cancel). YOU WILL NOT BE ABLE TO CHANGE OR TRANSFER YOUR BOOKED MINI TO ANOTHER MINI OR THEMED SESSION THAT MAY BE OFFERED. You must be committed to the session date and your time slot once you book (no exceptions, no refunds). ***If you are a "no show" to your appointment, you will be removed from the VIP Mini session group and will not be allowed to book for any future session. Please allow up to 4 weeks from the session date to receive your images. Once your images are edited and complete, I will send an invoice to be paid online prior to you receiving those images.
